Returns
We’re sorry if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’re happy to accept returns for most items in new condition within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return
- Contact us via our website at Contact Page, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
- Once you receive return instructions from us, package the item(s) securely with the original packing materials.
- Drop off your package at your local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days from delivery to decide if an item is right for you. To return an item, contact us within this period.
- The following items cannot be returned: swimwear, lingerie, socks, tights, and accessories (except scarves and dickey collars).
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
- Items marked as non-returnable or free gifts cannot be returned.
- Returns must follow our proper return request process; items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Double-check your return package to ensure only TOODIVA products are included. We are not responsible for non-TOODIVA items returned to us.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Notes
- Do not send returns to the address listed on your package, as this is not our return address and may delay processing.
- For any issues with your return, contact us within 180 days from the date your order was placed.
